Personal details and address provided to WAELLER sp. Z o.o. sp. k. when registering in the shop will be used exclusively to provide customers with the highest level of service. In order to ensure the security of the store customers, all transactions and personal data are encrypted as standard. In particular, online payment transactions are based on state-of-the-art security systems used by PayU and PayPal. Storage, processing and protection of personal data is governed by the applicable law (Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data).
PLACING ORDERS
An order can be filed by a registered person with a store account or a person who will provide all the information needed to complete the transaction. In order to place an order, the customer places selected products in the shopping cart by pressing the "Add to Cart" icon and after accepting the shopping summary, chooses the form of payment and the place and method of delivery. When you place an order in our shop, you will receive an order notification automatically. The customer should immediately confirm the order by clicking on the link provided in the notification. Orders not confirmed by the Customer may remain unfulfilled. In case of need to agree additional details of the order fulfillment shop will contact the ordering by phone or e-mail. We reserve the right not to execute the order if the order form is incomplete or incorrect. All comments on how to make your orders are included in the comments on the orders placed. PRICES
All prices shown in the shop are net prices (exclude VAT - 23%) and do not include delivery costs. Packaging and delivery costs are additionally charged after the total order has been collected and after the payment and delivery options have been selected.
PAYMENT
The merchant handles the following forms of payment: pickup, bank transfer and credit card payment (VISA or MASTERCARD) and other payment methods available on PayU and PayPal. Additionally, in the case of own collection from the warehouse of the company WAELLER sp. Z o.o. sp. k. You can pay for the ordered goods in the store pay in cash. When choosing the form of payment by wire transfer, money should be transferred to the account given in the order confirmation, indicating the order number. Shipping is made after receipt of confirmation from the bank about the payment made. The maximum amount of the order, which is sent on a one-time basis, regardless of the number of packages, is PLN 5,000 gross. Other forms of payment are not limited to the amount of the order.
SUPPLY
The system automatically charges the delivery cost when finalizing the order. Delivery is made by courier GLS directly from the magazine WAELLER sp. Z o.o. sp. k. in Trąbki Wielkie. The cost of sending the ordered goods depends on the weight of the shipment, the size of the order and the country of delivery. For payment on collection (ie on delivery), an additional fee is charged. Consignments can only be carried out in Poland. The maximum weight of 1 parcel per shipment is 20 kg. Parcels of greater weight will be divided into more parcels. The customer has the right to request another way of sending the goods (eg pallet shipping) or take it with his own transport from the warehouse of WAELLER sp. Z o.o. sp. k. In the absence of the ordered goods, the customer is informed by e-mail and / or by telephone about the fastest possible date of order fulfillment. In this case, the customer has the right to change or cancel the order. If the delivery is not delivered within the specified time, please contact us immediately. If the shipping address is to be different from the address of the payer, please provide this information in the comment when ordering. Order processing time is up to 5 working days after ordering and payment confirmation. Orders placed in hours. 12.00 am are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after hours. 12.00 are usually sent at the latest on the next business day. Courier delivery GLS is delivered in Poland within 1-2 business days. The customer receives a GLS shipping number via which he can track the delivery on the GLS platform at: https://gls-group.eu/PL/pl/sledzenie-paczek.
SALES DOCUMENTS
WAELLER sp. z o.o. sp. k. issues receipts or VAT invoices as requested by Clients. The sale outside of Poland (VAT) is free of VAT provided that the customer provides the European VAT number necessary for the proper issue of the export invoice. We also sell and ship outside the EU. In this case, the transaction is made on the basis of a pro forma invoice and the costs of customs clearance are added.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT

ORDER CANCELATION
Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Article 27), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and to cancel the purchase without giving a reason for returning the purchased item within 14 days of the date of receipt. This is possible only if the products have not been used or damaged or damaged in any way. Returned goods must be returned together with proof of sale (invoice or receipt). We guarantee a full refund of the purchased product. We will refund the amount due by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Client. At the same time we inform you that we do not accept any shipments sent to us for collection.
GUARANTEE AND REPLACEMENT
All goods available in the Shop are covered by a guarantee. Any comments regarding the quality of the goods, customer service and complaints should be sent to the e-mail address: office@euro-cash-tray.com Products with technical defects or damage caused during delivery should be sent to the Store. The returned goods must be accompanied by proof of sale (invoice or receipt). Immediately upon receipt of the shipment, consideration and consideration of the product will be exchanged for another, full value, and if this is not possible, for example due to exhausted inventory, the customer will be offered other goods available in our store or will be returned money. Also the costs associated with the return of the advertised goods will be reimbursed. At the same time we inform you that we do not accept any shipments sent to us for collection. The maximum time for reviewing and deleting a complaint is 14 days.
Placing an order is unanimous with the acceptance of the above rules by the Ordering Party.
