Shipping is made after receipt of confirmation from the bank about the payment made. The maximum amount of the order, which is sent on a one-time basis, regardless of the number of packages, is PLN 5,000 gross. Other forms of payment are not limited to the amount of the order.
The system automatically charges the delivery cost when finalizing the order. Delivery is made by courier GLS directly from the magazine WAELLER sp. Z o.o. sp. k. in Trąbki Wielkie. The cost of sending the ordered goods depends on the weight of the shipment, the size of the order and the country of delivery. For payment on collection (ie on delivery), an additional fee is charged. Consignments can only be carried out in Poland. The maximum weight of 1 parcel per shipment is 20 kg. Parcels of greater weight will be divided into more parcels. The customer has the right to request another way of sending the goods (eg pallet shipping) or take it with his own transport from the warehouse of WAELLER sp. Z o.o. sp. k. In the absence of the ordered goods, the customer is informed by e-mail and / or by telephone about the fastest possible date of order fulfillment. In this case, the customer has the right to change or cancel the order. If the delivery is not delivered within the specified time, please contact us immediately. If the shipping address is to be different from the address of the payer, please provide this information in the comment when ordering. Order processing time is up to 5 working days after ordering and payment confirmation. Orders placed in hours. 12.00 am are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after hours. 12.00 are usually sent at the latest on the next business day. Courier delivery GLS is delivered in Poland within 1-2 business days. WAELLER sp. z o.o. sp. k. issues receipts or VAT invoices as requested by Clients. The sale outside of Poland (VAT) is free of VAT provided that the customer provides the European VAT number necessary for the proper issue of the export invoice. We also sell and ship outside the EU. In this case, the transaction is made on the basis of a pro forma invoice and the costs of customs clearance are added.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT

Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Article 27), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and to cancel the purchase without giving a reason for returning the purchased item within 14 days of the date of receipt. This is possible only if the products have not been used or damaged or damaged in any way. Returned goods must be returned together with proof of sale (invoice or receipt). We guarantee a full refund of the purchased product. We will refund the amount due by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Client. At the same time we inform you that we do not accept any shipments sent to us for collection.
GUARANTEE AND REPLACEMENT
All goods available in the Shop are covered by a guarantee. The returned goods must be accompanied by proof of sale (invoice or receipt). Also the costs associated with the return of the advertised goods will be reimbursed. At the same time we inform you that we do not accept any shipments sent to us for collection. The maximum time for reviewing and deleting a complaint is 14 days.
